RICHARD LOW ( 刘谦益 ) plays frustrated lawyer’s clerk Loh Poh Huat (“Pa”), the patriarch of the Loh family in Singapore Dreaming. MediaCorp artiste Richard Low has acted in over 100 television series, including the upcoming Channel 5 sitcom “Rock DJ”. In 1997, he won Best Supporting Actor in the Star Awards for his role in “Silver Lining”. He is arguably best known for playing sharp-tongued bak kua tycoon Jerry Khoo in Jack Neo’s “I Not Stupid”.
Singapore Dreaming is his first independent film.
